1. Overview

At A2Z, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains when you can request a return, replacement, or refund.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item received
    (Item does not match the order placed)
  • Defective item out of the box
    Dead-on-arrival (DOA) items must be reported within 24–48 hours.
  • Item not as described
    Provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
  • Accessories or small items
    Must be unopened and unused.

3. Conditions for Returns

A return will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is used or shows signs of wear
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Accessories/manuals are missing
  • Item is damaged by the customer
  • Screen protectors, cases, or hygiene items have been opened
  • Software has been modified
  • iCloud/Google account is not removed

4. Refund Options

After we receive and inspect the item, one of the following may be applied:

  • Full Refund (same payment method)
  • Store Credit
  • Replacement Product

Refund processing time: 3–10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider).

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened earbuds or hygiene products
  • Installed screen protectors
  • Used accessories
  • Digital products or software
  • Items purchased during clearance/flash sales
  • Repair services (service fees are non-refundable)

6. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact A2Z via WhatsApp or email
  • Provide order number & product details
  • Share photos/videos showing the issue
  • Our team will review and approve/reject the request
  • If approved, ship or bring the item to our location

Inspection time: 1–3 business days

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If the return is approved and the product is defective, A2Z will cover return shipping.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if they have NOT been shipped or prepared.
