3. What is Covered

Warranty covers the following:

5. Warranty for Repair Services (A2Z Repair Center)

We offer:

  • 30-day warranty on repair services
  • 7-day warranty on aftermarket parts
  • 90-day warranty on premium/original parts (if used)

Warranty does not apply if:

  • The device is opened by another technician
  • Additional damage occurs after repair
  • The device suffers liquid damage
  • The customer declines recommended repairs

6. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

  • Provide the order number and proof of purchase
  • Describe the issue in detail
  • Bring or ship the device to our service center
  • Our team will inspect and approve/reject the claim

Inspection time: 1–5 business days

If the warranty is approved:
